Hi @Kimberly ,

as @Serena_Chou pointed out, it looks like there is something preventing you to access [https://app-search-workshop.elasticlabs.training/](https://app-search-workshop.elasticlabs.training/). If you are learning through your company network or laptop, I'd recommend trying from another network and computer.

Also, I'd like to suggest taking all the classes first and doing labs after that.

One last thing, please check if you are using a 7.x deployment, as the lab steps were developed using a 7.x deployment.
