# Elastic Search: all shards failed - search phase executionexception

In our elastic cloud, we created a cluster with one node and three indices. suddenly, query to one of the index gives error:all shards failed - search\_phase\_execution\_exception. when we check for cluster health status, I could see some of the shard are "UNASSIGNED" and some got stuck with "INITIALIZING" status. How to resolve this issue. Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

Mark, In logs we could not find anything in specific and yeah we have asked Support Team for help.
