# Elastic SNMP - Best Practices?

Hello,
It would be nice to hear how more people are using Elastic's SNMP (Logstash Input plugin) with a large number of different devices.
I have been trying to implement snmpV3 (logstash) and it seems like I need to create separate inputs for each device with different credentials and different OIDs. I don't need to poll Cisco OIDs on an HP device. I'm unsure if there is a better way to keep everything in one input or what best practices others have used?
