Hi..I want to change elastic default index documents data to another drive....can u suggest me exact path

Sir,  
I am attaching two image file...where I am showing my drives details and another my elasticsearch.yml.....but still data is storing in default....place of elastic..../var/log/elasticsearch....kindly can u tell me exact steps...Thanks
