Can we have a sample code representing how to use ESTestCase?

Hey,

you can take a look at many tests in the Elasticsearch repo or just look at the [plugin examples](https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/tree/master/plugins/examples) like [this one](https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/blob/master/plugins/examples/custom-settings/src/test/java/org/elasticsearch/example/customsettings/ExampleCustomSettingsConfigTests.java)

Is there any concrete question that you are interested in or is it just about some examples to take a look?

hope this helps.
