# Elasticsearch 2.4 port not coming up

I have upgraded from 1.7.1 to 2.4 but Port 9200 is not coming up  
curl localhost:9200  
curl: (7) couldn't connect to host  
netstat -tulpen does not show Port 9200 or 9300

Here is my configuration files:  
/etc/elasticsearch/elasticsearch.yml

network.host: 0.0.0.0  
path.data: ["/var/data/elasticsearch", "/var/data/elasticsearch2"]

By the way I comment out the CONF\_FILE entry in /etc/sysconf/elasticsearch  
service elasticsearch status  
elasticsearch (pid 19926) is running...  
But Port is not coming up
