# Elasticsearch 6.5 returns serch results with some shards reported as failed

Hi,  
Sometimes I get search results from elasticserch with OK status but there are some shards reported as failed. The logs look clean. Then I rerun the the query all shards reported as successful. I have 1 replica configured. Does failed shards mean that I get partial (incorrect) results? How should I eliminate failed shards or should I deal with it at all?
