Seems similar with [Linux OS : Failed to create native process factories for Machine Learning](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/linux-os-failed-to-create-native-process-factories-for-machine-learning/134758)  
Please check if you have the right directory for x-pack, or you can follow the instruction in that thread to disable x-pack ML in config file (do you need them?)
