# Elasticsearch 7.5 unable to retrieve complete result set

Hello,

I have imported 0.7 million records in elasticsearch using logstash , find below the mapping details. \<  
{  
"mappings":{  
"properties":{  
"date\_time": {  
"type": "date",  
"format": "yyyyMMddHHmmss",  
"index": false  
},  
"terminal\_id": {  
"type": "keyword",  
"index": false  
},  
"host\_date\_time": {  
"type": "date",  
"format": "yyyyMMddHHmmss",  
"index": false  
},  
"job\_number": {  
"type": "keyword",  
"index": true  
}  
}  
/\>

When I try to search records based on job\_number it results in incorrect resultset i.e. sometime it returns duplicate value or sometime it only return partial results.

Query which I'm using  
\<  
{  
"query": {  
"term": {  
"job\_number": "706491"  
}  
}  
}  
/\>

Ideally the above search result should return 2 results but inactual it only returns 1.
