# Elasticsearch and curator snapshot error

Hi Guys, I'm using elasticsearch and curator 5.x and I want to tak snapshot for specific indeces start with specific pattern I managed to take snapshot for some indices while some other indices I could not. and snapshot is failing and I received the following message on curator log. Please advice, also I have shared my curator configurations below.  
Error message:  
2018-10-08 19:14:16,875 ERROR Failed to complete action: snapshot. \<class 'curator.exceptions.FailedExecution'\>: Exception encountered. Rerun with loglevel DEBUG and/or check Elasticsearch logs for more information. Exception: Unable to obtain information for snapshot "elasticsearch\_production\_masdar\_logstashe\_2018.10.08" in repository "smartpass\_es\_repo". Error: ConnectionTimeout caused by - ReadTimeoutError(HTTPConnectionPool(host='mas-gedb01-dr.sgi.fednet.intra', port=9200): Read timed out. (read timeou

- Exactly which version of Elasticsearch?
- Exactly which version of Curator?
