Hi I get this message:

`W: Failed to fetch https://packages.elastic.co/curator/5/debian9/dists/stable/InRelease Reading from proxy failed - read (115: Operation now in progress)`

I am trying to install curator at this url:

Contents of my curator.list is:

`deb [arch=amd64] https://packages.elastic.co/curator/5/debian stable main`

I'm going to point the finger of blame here:

Is there a proxy between this machine and the internet? The message seems to indicate there is.
