I am running Centos 6.9 with elasticsearch 2.4. I have my heap size set in `/etc/sysconfig/elasticsearch`
set to `ES_HEAP_SIZE=31g`, but when I type `jps -l -m -v` I get this output `381 sun.tools.jps.Jps -l -m -v -Dapplication.home=/usr/java/jdk1.8.0_77 -Xms8m` which I believe means that my heap size is 8m instead of 31g.

Can anyone clarify this?
