elasticsearch is not working and gives " all shards not available" using the version 6.4.1

For anyone to be able to help you will need to provide a lot more information, e.g.:

- What is the size, specification and configuration of the cluster?
- What happened to the cluster that resulted in this issue?
- What is in the Elasticsearch logs?
