# Elasticsearch not indexing after update (only a specific index)

I've been for days trying to solve this issue, there is no support neither troubleshoot about these issues. All indexes are being created, except this one. Before the update it worked, now it doesn't.
Things I checked:
-Filebeat is creating the /var/lib/filebeat-\*/registry. It is reading the correct file.
-Logstash / Elasticserach have NO logs whatsover, even in debug mode. I only got an error running this:
/usr/share/logstash/bin/logstash --config.test\_and\_exit -f /etc/logstash/conf.d/\* --path.settings /etc/logstash/ --log.level=debug
ERROR: Unknown command '/etc/logstash/conf.d/file'
I have multiple config files in the same folder but they work as one, for various platforms, the others work, this doesn't.
Elasticsearch shows no errors aswell.
Is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot this? I know I haven't given many information, but I don't want to break company policy.
