Hello,
I have a question related to the password setting in .env as in the example [Enterprise Search 8.x - Docker Compose example](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/enterprise-search-8-x-docker-compose-example/284811)
If the password is not provided, will there be any negative consequences other than manually setting the password for the elastic user after the install?
If the password has to be provided, how come it is not accepting it as an environment variable during the startup script of a K8? In which it will generate in the log to ask for generating manually?
