# Elasticsearch snapshot per user in Kibana

Hello? I'm user in Elasticsearch and Kibana
When we use X-Pack, we can add user ID and PW for authentication.(also create user)
Is it possible to make snapshot per user in Elasticsearch and Kibana?
For example, we have user1 and user2 and each of them have different ID and PW for Kibana. When I login to user1 and create snapshot, does this snapshot belong to user1 or it is belong to all users in Kibana?

Hey @Taewoo!
Snapshots are not user specific and any users with the appropriate permissions will be able to touch them.
