# Elasticsearch tableau connection error

We are trying to connect to elasticsearch from tableau to do some BI stuff. We are planning to buy a platinum license. But before that, we would like to see how it works with tableau, elasticsearch

I took a trail license of elasticsearch, i have downloaded the all the Jdbc and .taco files which are the same version of elasticsearch. Right now i took 7.15.x version of elasticsearch and i downloaded .taco, jdbc files of same version. I followed everything mentioned in

I was able to connect to elasticsearch and do some chartings. But when i trying to publish the Dashboard to Tableau online, i am getting following error.

Please help us to rectify this issue. It is preventing us from buying the licence and move forward.
