After installing X-Pack [http://elasticserver:9200/](http://elasticserver:9200/) prompts for Basic authentication and after providing elastic/changeme as username and password again it prompts for the credentials.

Elasticsearch version: 5.4.3
X-Pack version : 5.4.3

When I use x-pack API to get the users list I see the following error. How to start native user service?

{"error":{"root\_cause":[{"type":"illegal\_state\_exception","reason":"users cannot be retrieved as native user service has not been started"}],"type":"illegal\_state\_exception","reason":"users cannot be retrieved as native user service has not been started"},"status":500}
