# Elasticsearch Watcher - Publish notifications to Amazon SNS

Has anyone tried publishing notifications to Amazon SNS from Elasticsearch Advanced Watchers? Is it even possible?
If it is possible, should we use webhook action? What are the things that need to be configured?
Any help will be appreciated.

Right planning to use Logstash to push notification to SNS. Is there any update on publishing directly to SNS from elasticsearch.

For logstash SNS output plugin, I see a [pull request](https://github.com/logstash-plugins/logstash-output-sns/pull/19) for sending message attributes. When can we expect this to be released, or is there any alternate method to send message attributes to SNS.
