Could you please provide any sample manifest files for installing the elasticsearch 8.5.1 (throgh ECK).

Hi SM,

I would suggest taking a look at the [ECK Quickstart in the docs](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud-on-k8s/current/k8s-quickstart.html), which walks you through the steps and does have a section with samples.

The manifest samples are located in [this repo](https://github.com/elastic/cloud-on-k8s/tree/2.6/config/samples), with the [sample elasticsearch config located here](https://github.com/elastic/cloud-on-k8s/blob/2.6/config/samples/elasticsearch/elasticsearch.yaml).
