# ELK Kibana 9.3.1 How do we disable the AI Assistant?

How can we disable the AI Assistant button on the top bar?

i did not found the end point by which we can update this via CURL so for now need to update via GUI.

Disabling these features via the API worked

```auto
securitySolutionAssistant, observabilityAIAssistant and agentBuilder

```
