# ELK Product Inquiry!

Hi,

I am writing to inquire about ELK for centralized logging implementation in production environment.

We have tested ELK in development environment and We're very much interested in implementing ELK in production(US/UK client) environment too.

I'd appreciate, if someone provides me detailed product terms and purchase/subscription cost incurred for purchasing ELK,if any.

I need to take a decision in the coming few days so it’s really very important that I receive this information as soon as possible.

ELK is free to use, it's open source.

You can purchase support if you'd like, you can read more in that [here](https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions/).

You don't _need_ to purchase anything just because you're going into production, but if you feel you want to see [https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions](https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions) for details. The Elastic sales folks aren't reading this discussion group so I suggest you contact them directly via the aforementioned page.
