Hello.,

I am trying to have ELK x-pack with LDAP integration (anonymous), can I only provide only url, bind\_Dn with empty bind\_password ? And will this work ?

Thanks,
HK

Hi,

You can use an anonymous bind while connecting to the LDAP server. To do so you need to **not** specify a `bind_dn` in the realm configuration, see the [documentation for `bind_dn`](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/6.4/security-settings.html#ref-ldap-settings)
