# Email plugin-Connection refused

Can someone provide me docs related to email plugin.

I get the error connection refused on using email plugin.How to proceed with this?

Please provide more information.

What version, what does your config look like, what is the exact error in the log.

i am using logstash 5.3  
i try installing the email plugin via command prompt and i get connection refused NameError  
In input plugin i take details from oracle database

Please show the exact command you run and the exact error message you get. Use copy/paste from your terminal. Do not post screenshots. Please always answer all questions are you asked.

Thanks @magnusbaeck and @warkolm

It was due to proxy settings.i changed the proxy and it got installed
