Hey guys,

I would like to embed a snippet of an Elastic Map into another website. Basically it should look something like an embedded google map snippet as seen [here](https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/embed/start). Does anyone know if that's possible?

Plus: Is there an easy to link to a map, so that when clicking a link (for example in a form) on this other website you will get forwarded to the map?

A map can be exposed using Kibana Dashboard [sharing feature](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/sharing-dashboards.html), so you need to create a dashboard with your map, and share it using an IFrame or a link. At this moment there is no API to embed dashboards.

Mind that sharing a dashboard on an IFrame does not prevent the consumer to be logged in Kibana, since at this moment "anonymous" sharing does not exist, but you may find this other discussion interesting for a workaround

> Hi, I have recently implemented security feature following this blog: I successfully implemented it and it is working fine. Now I would like to add anonymous access also to specific index. I found this article on anonymous access: [https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elastic-stack-overview/7.1/anonymous-access.html](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elastic-stack-overview/7.1/anonymous-access.html) I followed it but still I am getting sign in page when I open kibana. I am new to elastic search and may be this is trivial but I am not getting this. any tutorial or help in this …
