Hello there !
I have created an external plugin, I want it to be a part of the Analytics dropdown list similar to Dashboard, Canvas, Map etc.
Please refer to image for better understanding

How can I achieve this ?

Hello @anik-27 ,

I don't think it is possible. External plugins are listed as a separate item in the menu. You can check the latest community [video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzLmswbFQho) about external plugin creation, but you probably already know how to do it.

Regards, Dima

Hi Anik.

During registration the core plugins bundled with Kibana include [this `category` property](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/main/src/plugins/visualizations/public/plugin.ts#L242) to place the application under a subheading in the navigation menu. However, I'm not sure this will work for external plugins as @Dzmitry said.
