Hello,
When subscribing to a SaaS solution for App and/or Workplace Search, is there an option to encrypt the data at rest, with the company holding and managing the encryption keys?

When using Elastic Cloud, all data is encrypted at rest.

If you are talking about bringing your own key? BYOK
I believe that is on the road map but not available today.
