# EOF error

Exiting: Couldn't connect to any of the configured Elasticsearch hosts. Errors: [Error connection to Elasticsearch http://:9200: Get http://:9200: EOF]

I'm not sure what is causing this error and have found little nothing online. i know im not using https but the communication is between internal servers in the same region and on a private network. i have omitted the ips on purpose.
