Hello,

I am seeing below error during the installation. I took all steps in the instruction, but I am not sure which step made me to create ~/tmp directory.

Please advise. Thank you!

fyi, I am using docker 18.03 on centos7.

[jason@els01 ~]$ bash \<(curl -fsSL [https://download.elastic.co/cloud/elastic-cloud-enterprise.sh](https://download.elastic.co/cloud/elastic-cloud-enterprise.sh)) install

```auto
Elastic Cloud Enterprise Installer
Start setting up a new Elastic Cloud Enterprise installation by installing the software on your first host.
This first host becomes the initial coordinator and provides access to the Cloud UI, where you can manage your installation.
To learn more about the options you can specify, see the documentation.
NOTE: If you want to add this host to an existing installation, please specify the --coordinator-host and --roles-token flags
Looks like the issue is `OS setting for max open file descriptors system-wide should be >= 207400, currently 65535`, See [https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud-enterprise/2.0/ece-configure-hosts.html](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud-enterprise/2.0/ece-configure-hosts.html) under `Adjust the system limits`
Thank you for your reply.
I did change the max open file desc setting but the same error still popping up. Any other opinion?
@jasony
Ah I see, looks like `OS setting for max open file descriptors system-wide should be >= 207400, currently 65535` was just a warning, and the actual error is different and happens here `Checking OS file system storage driver permissions...` - sorry about that
There should be a log generated in addition to the console display - does that contain any more useful info?
My guess would be that one of the docker/elastic directories does not have the right permissions (eg look for `chown` / `install` / etc in [https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud-enterprise/2.0/ece-configure-hosts.html](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud-enterprise/2.0/ece-configure-hosts.html)) - but that's just a guess at the moment
Alex
