Hi, I'm running a Dockerized Elasticsearch cluster on multiple Italian servers, but one of those is always getting a 403 http response from Elasticsearch servers.

This is the exception I'm getting:
Exception in thread "main" java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: [https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/elasticsearch-plugins/repository-s3/repository-s3-7.17.8.zip](https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/elasticsearch-plugins/repository-s3/repository-s3-7.17.8.zip)

I also tried to wget the file from the same server and I'm getting the same error. This is not happening on my other servers.

Do you have any suggestion? Could my server have been banned for any reasons?
