Hi,  
I'm using elastic open source version 7.10.1 in my elastic cluster.  
xpack.reporting.encryptionKey has configured in kibana.yml

I got this error while generating a CSV file using kibana. Also it occurs randomly.

@testsemd_email, is there a chance you are hitting [[reporting] Generating PDF reports fails randomly · Issue #57083 · elastic/kibana · GitHub](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/57083) ?
