# Error from the 5.4.0 docker image: X-Pack plugin is not installed on Elasticsearch cluster

Hello,

I'm using the 5.4.0 elastic docker image to run ELK in kubernetes, and am getting the following error when I launch Kibana: X-Pack plugin is not installed on Elasticsearch cluster. However, I can login to a pod and see that x-pack clearly is installed. Any idea what the problem is, or how to resolve it?
