Hi @Ahmed_Khaled !

Welcome to our community. Are you using the self-managed version or Elastic Cloud?
Also, which version are you using?

If you are using self managed version 8.0 and beyond, check out this blog to see if you are following the necessary steps to get you up and running!

When you download and run Elasticsearch and Kibana v8+ for the first time, you will notice that credentials for the elastic superuser and a unique enrollment token are automatically generated for you. This post will walk you through: using the enrollment token to configure Kibana and connect Kibana to Elasticsearch logging in as a superuser to start using your new secure deployment. Welcome to our community! 😃

Take a look at [Kibana server is not ready yet](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/kibana-server-is-not-ready-yet/241217) and see if that helps, it'd be great if you could provide more information as well such as the Kibana log and config.
