# Error installing Tagcloud plugin

Hi
We began to have this error on **one** of our environments last week when installing tagcloud plugin:
`Plugin installation was unsuccessful due to error "Cannot parse records: Unexpected token ,"`
The zip file is ok (tested on other env)... does anyone have any idea of the potential root cause?
We are in Kibana 4.5.0.

You will need to raise this against the repo, it's not a plugin we support sorry.

Could it be the "," is being interpreted as thousands separator or something other than field separator? Just thinking... What OS are you on? What locale?
