# Error loading integrations

Hi everyone, after update of version 7.8 to 7.9 in Kibana doesn't visualization the Integration tab. When i try configuration showed the message error:

how fix it?

Can you provide some more information about your kibana deployment? Is the kibana server behind any firewalls or proxies? Does the kibana server have access to `https://epr-7-9.elastic.co/search?experimental=true&kibana.version=7.9.0`?

Hi @Nathan_Reese

The problem was DNS configuration in Kibana server, after adjust the service, they kibana server have access to [https://epr-7-9.elastic.co](https://epr-7-9.elastic.co) and integration tab worked well.
