# ERROR: Settings 'path.config' (-f) and 'config.string' (-e) can't be used simultaneously

I use this code in powershell(windows):  
bin/logstash -e "input{stdin{codec=\>line}}output{stdout{codec=\>ru  
bydebug}}"  
then  
ERROR: Settings 'path.config' (-f) and 'config.string' (-e) can't be used simultaneously.  
I need your help, Thanks
