# Error trying to index products

When trying to index products, 80000, after a few seconds the following error message appears:

Configured in Ubuntu 16.04

java version "1.8.0\_201"  
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0\_201-b09)  
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.201-b09, mixed mode)

Prestashop 1.6.1.23

That seems to be a problem in the Prestashop codebase so I would recommend contacting them as that might give you an answer faster.
