# Error while take snapshot

Hi All

While taking snapshot i received this error, Please suggest what could be the possible reason.

{  
"error" : "ProcessClusterEventTimeoutException[failed to process cluster event (create\_snapshot[s3bkup\_16062015]) within 30s]",  
"status" : 503  
}
