# ES 6.5.2 Terms statistics for a text field in the whole index

Hi Team,

I have a text field in my index that is analyzed but termvectors and fielddata are not enabled for that text field.

I just want to get some rough statistics for the terms for that field such as roughly how many terms there are in total for that field and min and max length of the terms, and if possible count of terms for each term length.

Is there any API for doing this?
