# ES Flush Latency is too high

Dear people, I have a 3 node ES 7.9.1 cluster running OK.

But when I activate the ES template for my Zabbix monitor, I get these warnings for each of my three ES nodes:

And this is the trigger in Zabbix:

My storage is composed by SSD disks, in each node I have setup the heap space to 10 GB, half of the total 20 GB RAM, the cluster health status is GREEN...

So what can be the problem??? How can I do to get a flush latency slower than 100 mseg along the last 5 min ???
