# Esrally : where does track get downloaded from

Hi Team,

I need to run Esrally from APC(secured private cloud), but to do that I need to understand where does track data get downloaded from as in, if I use genome as a track name ..where does this get downloaded from.  
We generally need to get license to get the data from open source, like if there is any repo where track data resides.

can you please look into it and help?

In particular there is a [download.sh](https://esrally.readthedocs.io/en/stable/offline.html?highlight=download.sh#using-tracks) script that can be used to download all data for a track on a machine that has access to the internet.
