Hello,
It would be nice if there is a custom integration for the Vmware ESXI logs.

Hello,

You should open a Feature Request on this repo: [GitHub - elastic/integrations](https://github.com/elastic/integrations)

Have you tried out the [vSphere integration](https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/integrations/vsphere#logs-reference). It does support logs.

@ishleenk17 ,The vsphere integration accepts only logs through TCP and UDP syslog.
In our case, the logs are provided through a log file and really we don't want to create another syslog to resend them again to the integration.

What is writing to the file, ESXI directly or is it sending to an rsyslog and then the rsyslog writes to the file?

If it is the second option you can just configure rsyslog to redirect the logs to the input of an elastic agent integration.
