Hi! I'm getting the follow error when I try to execute `.\packetbeat -c packetbeat.yml`:

```auto
Exiting: error connecting to Kibana: fail to get the Kibana version: fail to parse kibana version (): passed version is not semver:

```

I'm running elasticsearch and kibana 8.13.4, and also I'm trying to run packetbeat 8.13.4.

Considerations:  
I'm using Windows 11.  
I see a folder called "kibana" in the directory of packetbeat. This folder contains another folder with the name "7". That's ok?
