While running `filebeat setup -e` I'm getting this error. Can anyone help me?

And when I run `filebeat -e` it triggers this error-

You are sending to logstash not to elasticsearch directly. As such you cannot have the index settings configured.

I would love to know how to solve your problem, I removed the index configuration by  
#setup.template.settings:  
#index.number\_of\_shards: 1  
#index.codec: best\_compression  
#\_source.enabled: false  
but my problem is not solved, looking forward to your help. thanks.
