Hello, Please help me to solve this issue

I am getting below error message while running logstash-test.conf

Failed to execute action {:action=\>LogStash::PipelineAction::Create/pipeline\_id:main, :exception=\>"LogStash::ConfigurationError", :message=\>"Expected one of #, input, filter, output at line 1, column 1 (byte 1) after ",

logstash-test.conf

sincedb\_path =\> "nul"  
}  
}  
filter {  
csv {  
separator =\> ","  
columns =\> ["name","id"]  
}  
}  
output {  
elasticsearch {  
hosts =\> ["localhost:9200"]  
user =\> "username"  
password =\> "password"  
index =\> "test"  
document\_type =\> "test"  
}  
}

test.csv

name,id  
aniket,101

its working as converted to UTF-8.
