# Export huge amount of data converted to csv format

Hi,
I want to export a huge amount of structured data to a csv formatted file.
What is the most "production friendly" way to do this?
I'm thinking of running elasticdump from a system with enough disk but I'm not sure which is the best way to do things if I want the end result to be in csv format?
My setup does not include Logstash.
Any help is appreciated regarding this topic.

Kibana can export to CSV from Discover, but I guess it depends how huge you are talking.
But if you're not using Logstash, then either DIY or use another tool.
