Hi!

I am using kibana 7.0.1. I made a dashboard which includes a control visualization, an histogram, a pie and a discover/search table.
I can export to csv the pie and histogram data from the corresponding iframe, but I cannot find how to export to csv the discover/search table neither from the dashboard nor from iframe.
Is this possible and how?

Thank you in advance!

after you save the discover search, you use the "Share" menu in order to generate the CSV. As for the whole dashboard, this is not enabled as they usually contain data that cannot be expressed in CSV, like maps or charts.

Hi Marius

Can I only export to CSV only the saved table (which is a discover/search) from the iframe view?
Is there any way?
Thanks again 🙂

If you have the saved search in a dashboard in that Iframe, it can be done from the little gear icon in the top left, but I think this was added after Kibana 7.0.1. If you try with Kibana 7.5.2 or 7.6.0 you can export from there.
