# Failed signature check for enterprise license : crypto/rsa verification error

I have an eck instance and the operator does not like my enterprise license. I can use the api to upload the license to elastic. however, it reverts to basic after a few hours.

That is the plan. however, I work in a bureaucratic nightmare that somehow purchases license but never sets up support accounts/or has no idea who set up said support account. Its Fun!. can the license be used to create a support account ? Wanted to try and get this fixed sooner.
