# Failed to start crawler: creating module reloader failed in filebeat

getting this error while trying to send logs to Elasticsearch using this ./filebeat -c filebeat.yml -e getting this message":"Exiting: Failed to start crawler: creating module reloader failed: loading configs: 1 error: invalid config: yaml: line 10: found unknown escape character","service.name":"filebeat","ecs.version":"1.6.0"}  
Exiting: Failed to start crawler: creating module reloader failed: loading configs: 1 error: invalid config: yaml: line 10: found unknown escape character struck here tried the solution for checking the filebeat module enabled none of them works

working with filebeat 8.9.1 in windows

Check filebeaty.yml and a module (if you are using) YAML syntax.
