# False Positive

Hi there,

I know I should report false positives through the form. And I did, but nothing happened. No response and it still keeps flagging as malicious. We've got it with almost all our software, somehow. And we don't have customer support. We mainly use Elastic through VirusTotal.

I just reported it for the second time.  
Could somebody please have a look? I would be most grateful.
